Rizal Special Education Learning Center, and educational institution that is Lasallian in orientation and catholic in character, provided the holistic development of the learners regardless of their abilities and beliefs for global development.  

MISSION 

 In keeping with the philosophy and vision, RSELC commits itselt to: 

1. Promote the achievement of Christian and moral values; 

1. Respect the uniqueness of each person; 

1. Provide a relevant academic and information technology programs; and 

1. Develop social, cultural, and political awareness for national and global development. 

 PHILOSOPHY 

 Rizal Special Education Learning Center professes to believe:

1. That all individuals are empowered by the wisdom and the will to become critical agents for the transformation of society. 

1. That nationalism is best expressed in upholding the Constitution of the country. 

1. That providing opportunities for responsible citizenship leads to effective leadership.
